Do I have to supply proof of where I live/lived to retrieve my money?
This is one of the ways Udit stands out from the rest. Udit will show you how to claim your money from the holder without having to provide documentation that can date back years ago. Many of our customers have claims dating beyond the statutory 7 years. We understand that our customers won't have the documentation required.
Do I have to give my personal details?
The body holding your funds will require you to show them that you are who you say you are. You will only be required show to the body holder a certified photo copy of your identification. Udit advises not to give your personal details to anyone other then the body holding your funds.
Is Udit safe?
Yes. Unlike any other service provider Udit does not require your personal information. Udit's service helps you locate and retrieve your money in a way that protects your information.
Does Udit keep a percentage of my found money?
No. Udit does not charge any fees or commissions for money found.
Do I have to pay an ongoing fee to Udit for its service?
No. Udit charges a once of fee of $20. There is no ongoing fees or charges after your purchase.
How can I pay for Udits service?
To protect our customers. Udit uses secured payment via Pay Pal only. You can pay via credit card or from your bank account using Pay Pal. Udit advises not to pay directly to any service providers bank account.
Will I need to advise Udit about my found money?
No. Although Udit would like to hear from our satisfied customers. An email of your thoughts can be sent via email. If Udit chooses your email to be shown on the Udit testimonial page we will ask for your permission. Udit will only show your words if you agree. For security reasons Udit will Normally show your first name, suburb and state but again this is entirely up to our customers as to how much detail is shown.
